  Here are all the global carbon budget weight-totals in GtC in Table 2.2 in groups of three (66% 50% 33% odds).
  Also shown is the year each GCB reaches zero, as each of the various weights of the carbon budgets are consumed.
  
  It is clear that the carbon budget highlighted by Greta Thunberg (115 Gt C in 13 years) is at the low value end of Table 2.2
  in other words at the UNFCCC-Compliance end of the spectrum (not 665 Gt C in 100 years, which is at the high end).
