Aside from the huge sink questions raised here, which I am surprised to find the authors are unwilling to address,
the volume of trees grown to feed BECCS the volume shown is half the (lunatic) volume of what BECCs is projected to consume.

The looks as though it's based on the image/analysis in UNEP GAP 2017, though the reliance here on 'negative emissions' is not as vast as it is above.
