I support the submission on Contraction & Convergence to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change by the Global Commons Institute.
The principle is simple, and although agreement on the detail may not be, the UN should take a lead. This maybe has the best chance of creating fairness in the world while cutting greenhouse emissions.
