Over the last twenty years GCI has made an effort - arguably unequalled by any agency in the entire UNFCCC-process - to elucidate, answer and communicate answers to this point: - what rates of C&C are required for UNFCCC-compliance?

This is probably one of the most highly cited and referenced sources in the climate debate.The effort has been made to help [and not prescribe to] negotiators at the UNFCCC on how they might yet come to an effective global agreement.
